Tim McTaggart, a former Capitol Hill staffer, will present blog posts on matters of interest to the political community within Washington, D.C. as well as those politically astute in state capitals and other political hotbeds outside of the Beltway. The blog will bring to bear a perspective of whether the United States has yet to move beyond the time period of 1968 and 1969 when a political and cultural revolution took place, and it was televised. Mr. McTaggart will provide his insights regarding the Boomer generation, especially those at the bottom Boomer generation. Mr. McTaggart is available as a public speaker for appropriate forums on these topics.

BASKETBALL FREE THROW INSTRUCTION & COACHING (ESPECIALLY ROCK & ROLL)
Tim McTaggart, a former high school first team All league player and Philadelphia Daily News All city player, has developed a series of drills to encourage improvement in free throw shooting and consistency in scoring free throws, both at the individual level as well as at the team level. Free throws make the difference in the outcome of many basketball games at the high school and college levels, but many coaches find it impossible or too boring to try to "teach" good free throw techniques and game plans. Free throws made at the end of the game, from the last 3 minutes of the game down to the last 10 seconds of the game, require special mental discipline, and focus. Mr. McTaggart has a philosophy of how to effectively improve free throw shooting, especially at the end of the game when shots made could put a game into overtime or win it during regulation. Mr. McTaggart's drills do not involve standing at a free throw line during practice and trying to make some ridiculously high number of free throws like 100 in a row. Making 100 free throws in a row requires a certain level of skill but it is more likely reflective of a personality obsessive compulsive disorder than a player getting prepared for free throw shooting under game conditions. Mr. McTaggart will blog on basketball free throw shooting in all of its aspects. Mr. McTaggart is available to serve as a consultant to individual basketball players (men and women) who would like to improve their free throw shooting techniques, confidence and overall basketball IQ with free throws as another weapon to use. Mr. McTaggart is also available for coaching clinics or other group instruction and presentations.

The importance of pop culture is paramount in one's early years but can fade in importance over time. Mr. McTaggart will present blog posts on a wide range of music topics but with a special focus on rock and roll. There may be some overlap with Mr. McTaggart's social commentary on the Boomer generation, since as of late, many aging Boomer rockers have come out of retirement to tour and rekindle an audience connection as well as develop brand new audiences. Mr. McTaggart is available as a public speaker for appropriate forums on these topics.
